Choose a service, fill in your address, PIN code, preferred date and time, and tap Book Now. You will receive a booking number instantly and our team will confirm the visit by phone.

Question 2

Can I book for the same day?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Same-day visits are available in most serviceable areas, subject to technician availability in your PIN code.

Question 3

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

You pay after the service is completed — by cash, UPI, card or bank transfer. A digital invoice is shared for every job.

Question 4

Do I need to pay anything in advance?

Accepted Answer

No advance payment is required to book. The ₹199 inspection charge is paid at the time of the visit.

What is the ₹199 inspection charge?

Accepted Answer

It is applicable for all service visits. The technician visits your location, inspects the issue and shares a transparent quotation before starting any work.

Question 6

Is the inspection charge adjusted in the final bill?

Accepted Answer

The inspection charge covers the visit and diagnosis. Your quotation and final invoice will clearly list it along with parts and labour.

Accepted Answer

Warranty depends on the service — up to 180 days on most repairs. See the Warranty page for the full list.

Accepted Answer

Call or WhatsApp us with your booking number or invoice number. We will schedule a revisit for the same issue within the warranty period.
